Week of July 4th Post!

 Hi everyone!

Sorry I missed out one week. I had a busy Saturday and Sunday and pretty much the rest of the week. If you are interested...keep reading!

So my dance recital went really well, I got so many thingies and candy and snacks. Two of my friends came to the last show (and were late, my mom missed the part where I was talking because she was waiting for em), and gave me flower bouquets! My dad also got me one. I didn't mess up too much, which was great! All the costume changes were successful (and mask, shoes, socks, etc), thank goodness.

On Sunday, I went to REDDING! It wasn't a too big rush of a 3 1/2 hour drive. We ate Burger King for lunch and NIU for dinner. IT WAS SO HOT IN THE AFTERNOON, 113 degrees Fahrenheit/ I never experienced this type of heat before, not even in Taiwan. Redding nearly broke it high temperature record JUST when we came to that city for a trip. Great timing.

We went to Sundial Bridge in the evening. We slept the night at Americana Modern Hotel. So relaxing! If you wanna know more, I will link the video of Day 1 P1 below. I finished the P2 video but I haven't uploaded it yet. Please be patient, I might not even upload it, cause I'm lazy.

On Monday, we went to Lassen Volcanic National Park which is also in Redding. We hiked Bumpass Hell, chilled out in Helen Lake, then hiked the horrible hike which made me nearly cry because of the hardness, Kings Creek Falls (this was a trail I wanted to go to so badly but I will never do it again). My dad bought me a souvenir stuffed animal Western Tanager bird which has REAL bird calls. He's so cute. I named him Lassen after the park. Then I got my junior ranger badge and certificate. We headed back to the food plaza near our hotel and ate Mountain Mike's Pizza (my dancemates and I ate that pizza a lot at rehearsals and more, so I suggested it to my parents). I think I slept well that night. 

The next day, Tuesday, we drove to Cottonwood and picked up my dog from the breeder's house. He's so cute and adorable, I love him! He didn't even throw up on the 3 1/2 rushed trip back home. Very proud of him (meet your older sister Super Sophia!)

The next few days I was busy teaching Bobo yes and no's, do's and don'ts, and much more. Puppies are hard to train, and they are also like humans. They learn and need to be taken care of. We got Bobo because I wanted a companion. He bites my legs and hands, wakes my mom in the middle of the night, and bites my dad's pants everytime he sees em. He's a little picky when it comes to dry food, as he loves his wet food and pretty much loves to eat everything except for his food (like leaves in our backyard). 

And, I'm busy monitoring him about his pee and poo schedules on an app for dogs called Doggy Time. Will have an explanation video on that soon. He pees and poos on the floor, so we have to potty train him to get him on the pee pad. 

At the same time, I'm having so much fun filming on him!! He's so cute to watch, and to film. He brings joy and annoyance to my life!!!!! I feel like the passion for filming YouTube came back once I started to film him.

Channel of the Week - Ava Max
You probably already know she is a singer. I've been listening to her music everyday now, and her official music videos are great and amazingly edited. All her songs have a meaning behind them, and its fun to try to figure it out altho most of the time, it is obvious. I will link her official YT channel below. I subscribed. My favorite song is Freaking Me Out.

I got nails today! Rose-gold and pink sparkly ones. I will put a picture on my padlet.
